- typical repayment term of up to 20 years

For South African Residents:
- max LTV is 100% of property valuation
- subject to credit/risk profile of the client
- typical repayment term of up to 20 years

Farms/Game Farms/Wine Estates, Development Land, Plots and Commercial property

For Non-residents and SA residents:
- max LTV is 50% of property valuation
- subject to credit/risk profile of the client
