Background:
After
having sold the Snow and Rock chain of stores he founded, Mike Browne
had been looking for a prime water frontage property on the south
coast of England in which to enjoy his early retirement.

Case study:

One stunning property (the "Tukal") was quickly identified
which comprised a unique waterside country house set in 12 acres of
magnificent mature gardens with direct frontage onto the Beaulieu
River and benefiting from a private pontoon, slipway and jetty.
The property's suitability was discussed in detail and Shaun was able
to provide impartial advice on market value and potential resale issues.

Following a further series of viewings at the property and after considering

After two weeks of detailed negotiations, terms were agreed in late
November 2004 and exchange of contracts took place 17 days later.
